What do I need  for a signing?

You will need to have the documents that you would like notarized. Where do I sign, cannot chose or advise which documents you are needing. A government issued ID makes the signing process smoother and faster.

What are forms of acceptable IDs?

Government issued drivers license or ID card issued by any state, U.S. Passport or officially recognized passport of a foreign country, United States Military ID card, permanent resident card or Green Card, an ID card issued by a federally recognized Indian tribe.  The ID must contain a photo and a signature. All must be current or not more than three years expired. 

What if I do not have an acceptable ID?

If you do not have an acceptable ID, you can have a credible witness personally appear on your behalf. The witness will affirm or verify by oath as to your identity. The credible witness will need to have an acceptable ID.
